How to Stop Your Kids from Arguing Over What to Watch
The battle of the TV. Yes, this is a real problem. My daughter and son have frequently engaged in the battle of who watches what. Being that they are 8 and 5, and of different genders, they tend to have different interests. There IS a common ground that they can share though, and it was important that we found it because if I didn’t, I was going to go bald from listening to them debate their cases.
Netflix to the rescue… as usual. I mean, we love Netflix because it has come to the rescue on more than one occasion for more than one reason…. but honestly, It has saved us. AGAIN!
Believe it or not, siblings really can get along. They play together, they cuddle, and they get sad when one of them is gone for too long. But when it comes to agreeing on something to watch, they can go from love to loathe in a matter of minutes. We want siblings everywhere (of all ages) to get along famously, no matter their differences in show tastes and that’s why Netflix has created Netflix Siblings Playlists! During the month of April, kids can choose from the “Tale of Two Distant Ages” playlist to the “Sugar and Spice” collection, offering something for every sibling squad to watch and enjoy together.
Now you can save the battles with your very own Netflix playlist! We chose the Sugar and Spice playlist because there is something for each of the kids in there! Guess what? NO MORE ARGUMENTS. BAM! LIKE A BOSS! (Sorry I am excited.)
