Recipes for Busy Parents- What’s for Dinner Wednesday!

Recipes for Busy Parents Want some recipes for busy parents? Of course you do. Because you are a busy parent. Aren’t we all?

This week Husband went back to work, leaving me to make dinner as per usual. Which is fine, but it’s time for some creativity up in here.

I am so tired of the same old same old! I am sure the rest of the family is too. We have a few “staple” meals that I know the kids and husband loves, so I make them fairly often… leaving me to be bored and feel rather unmotivated to cook.

THIS week, oh yes, THIS week is going to be much, much, better. Because I am twisting Grilled cheese…. and THAT is their FAVE!

Ninja’s Twisted Grilled Cheese

What you need:

Rye Bread

Margarine

Garlic butter

Marble Cheese

Deli Turkey

Honey Mustard

Bacon

What You Do:

Put margarine on one slice, and apply honey mustard to the other side. Spread garlic butter on second peice. Place margarine side down on pan on medium heat, top with cheese, turkey, bacon and garlic butter slice.

Cook until cheese is melted and both slices of bread are crispy and golden brown.

Wait to cool, then slice.

I am going to serve this with homemade broccoli soup!

I love your twist on a classic. I can’t believe I have never thought to put bacon on a grilled cheese before!
