New Years Fitness Goals- Keep Your New Years Resolutions!

Well it’s that time of year again! 2014 is creeping up on us and we are all getting out our pens and paper writing out our New Years Resolutions and trying to decide what it is we really want out of this next year!

For many people, when it comes to resolutions, Fitness and health are on the top of the list! And let’s be real, it is NOT easy to keep those resolutions! New Years Fitness Goals seem to be one of the easiest goals to shy away from.

As a Busy Parent, I find it hard to make the time to go to the gym. With your own equipment at home, it can be easier to hold yourself accountable. You can exercise while the kids are sleeping, do some yoga on your lunch break or just start small and sit on a balance ball while watching TV.

I am Offering up 1 Prize Pack Each to 2 Lucky Winners to help you reach your fitness goals in 2014.
