The BFG. Big Friendly Giant. Who didn’t read the book growing up? I know I sure did. When I found out that Disney was making it a movie… I COULDN’T WAIT to see it. My husband had to listen to me go on and on and on about how excited I was and how I couldn’t wait to watch it with my family. I am sure before we got the movie he was sick of hearing about it. Except, that quickly passed when we settled in to watch it with our family.

The BFG was Available on Digital HD and Blu-ray on November 29!

What we Love About the BFG

The story is just so amazing. It’s about a gentle and charming Big Friendly Giant, who introduces a courageous little girl named Sophie to the wonders and perils of Giant Country! The Digital HD and Blu-ray also boasts several special features such as: The Big Friendly Giant and Me, Bringing The BFG to Life, Giants 101 and more. You are going to want to see this. 

The kids were enthralled with the story line and plot but no spoilers here from me, you MUST watch this wonderful creation brought to you by the talents of three of the world’s greatest storytellers – Roald Dahl, Walt Disney and Steven Spielberg! Hey, if I find a movie that these 2 kids will sit still for the entire time, I KNOW it’s a winner and The BFG certainly is. We are going to watch it a few more times during Christmas break, that I can tell you for sure.
