Recipes for Busy Parents

Welcome Back to What’s For Dinner Wednesdays! This is where you can find huge amounts of awesome Recipes for Busy Parents on their mid week adventures. Here we are again, back at Wednesday and I have a fantastic recipe to share with you! Oh yes, yes I do… I love drumsticks… and this is my new fave!

Yummy Drumsticks… IN THE OVEN!

What Ya Need:
  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
What Ya DO:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350.
  2. Melt the butter,  mix the garlic salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and paprika with bread crumbs and cheeses. Dip each of  the drumsticks into the melted butter making sure to generously coat each with drumstick with the mixture.
  3. Put the drumsticks in a baking dish making sure you do not allow the drumsticks to touch one another. Pour the rest of the butter over the drumsticks and bake uncovered until tender, which usually takes about an hour.

I serve this with a nice salad and some potatoes of any kind.
