Stuff Ya Need

12oz. Cubed Cream Cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
20 oz frozen mixed veggies, thawed
1 envelope of Italian Dressing Mix
1 refrigerated ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust

What To Do

Preheat your oven to 425°F. Put the cubed cream cheese in a large saucepan. Add broth to the saucepan and cook on low heat until the cream cheese has melted completely. Make sure to stir very frequently with a wire whisk. Add the chicken to the cream cheese, vegetables as well as the Italian dressing mix.

Add Mixture to a 9 inch pie plate. Cover mixture with the Pie Crust, Seal and press down the edges. Make sure you cut several tiny cuts into the crust to allow the steam to get out. Place the pie plate a top of a baking sheet.

Bake for approximately 25 minuets or until top is golden brown.

SOOOO Yummerlicious! Pair this with a Garden Salad and you are cookin’! Enjoy!
