In my eyes, there is nothing better than a good mattress. Why? Because at the end of the day there is nothing more satisfying than laying comfortably in my bed and reflecting on the day. My Ideal Mattress
My ideal mattress is many things. You see for me, my bed needs to almost be able to call my name at the end of the day. I need to feel excited about the fact that I finally get to lay down in it and snuggle my troubles away! My bed isn’t too hot, it isn’t too cold, it’s JUST right. It needs to have the perfect amount of “bounce”, not so much that I feel my husband moving around but not so little that it feels like I am sleeping on board. My ideal mattress is supportive and plush at the same time. My ideal Mattress has a first name, and it’s Douglas.

The ecoLight™ cooling gel foam is just as responsive, durable and luxurious as most high-density memory foams, but it doesn’t hold on to heat! That’s right. If you love the cool side of the pillow… which you all know you do… you will LOVE this mattress.
Made without any harmful, allergy inducing chemicals that are found in many other Latex mattresses, the 2-inch Premium Elastex™ Foam is durable and supportive too.
Let’s focus on the 6-inch Motion Isolation Support Foam for a second. I mean, I can’t feel my husband moving around in his sleep anymore. This mattress may have saved him from an angry wife in the morning… because he moves around A LOT. In fact, the only reason I know that was because of our old Mattress.
The firmness of this mattress is amazing. It’s perfectly fine tuned. I would call it a medium-firm mattress but it’s seriously plush feeling. I love the fact that it caters to side sleepers, back sleepers (my husband does both) and stomach sleepers (That’s me!). I mean, Douglas has best-in-class spinal alignment, Balanced support and offers amazing pressure point relief. I have found myself waking up from sleep feeling so much better rested.
