Valentines Day Tips- Last Second Tips & Tricks
Welcome to Valentines Day Tips with Ninja Mommers! I hope that everyone is as lucky as I am to have people in their lives to spend it with. Every year Valentines Day comes, and every year I have no idea what to do with myself. I always wait until the last second and then wonder, “How can I make this day special for everyone!?” For those of you that are like me, and have no clue what your planning to do here are a few ideas:
How To Make Valentines Day Special- Valentines Day Tips For Procrastinators
1. Have a craft-a-thon with your kiddies: Make Cards and gifts out of materials you have around the house. Cellophane is great to put cute little treats in and give as gifts!
2. Make a special dinner and dessert– Make something everyone will love and your kiddies can help make, I don’t know about anyone else but there is nothing sweeter than something my kids helped to create. Today we are going to make Heart Shaped Mini Pizzas. I Just follow our favorite Mini Pizza recipe– and use large heart shaped cookie cutters to cut the English Muffins into Heart Shapes. For Dessert We will be making heart shaped cookies.
3. Decorate– Use Stuff around the house to create Valentines Day Decorations. Cut heart shapes out of construction paper and hang them around the house. We used old streamers I had from my sister’s Baby Shower.
Valentines Day tips are great for your family to have an amazing Valentines Day! In fact, there is one very special, extra important tip that I can give you…
Enjoy the day with your family! Relax and spend some awesome time together. Smile, Laugh, Play.
We really hope you enjoy your day with your family, and have some great, yummy treats too!
Happy Valentines Day From My Family To Yours!
I’m such a procrastinator….love this list!
Great list – I gather tons of ideas, but then the day of, I haven’t “done” anything yet….last minute for many things here 🙂
Staying up til 3am obsessing over Black Amethyst Glass is not helping me make Vday awesome. I’m hoping brownies and homemade marshmallows make up for it 😀
Thanks for the great ideas 🙂 Boys had a party at school yesterday and tonight is hockey practice..lol.. but we are going to come home and order heart shaped pizzas from a local pizza place.
Valentines is a hard one. Especially if you have small children. Letting them choose what they’d like for dinner and helping to make it is a great way to be together. Good list!
no plans here but to enjoy my man in front of the telly watching movies 🙂
These are great ideas and tons of fun too. Crafts are always a hit.
Ha ha, I’m definitely a procrastinator… this is for me! Thanks!
I always try to keep white streamers on hand. You can decorate for any occasion with white! LOL
Cute decorations! Love the idea of making a fun celebration out of holidays like Valentines day
