Fall has most certainly arrived, although last night’s lunar event was impossible for me to see due to all the darn clouds. Tis the season of my house smelling like fresh baked apple pie, and visions of trick or treaters are dancing through my head. I love this time of year.

First Pick

My first pick are these beautiful little Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake Muffins from Dinner at the Zoo. I am a sucker for anything pumpkin, especially in the fall season. Not only does the Pumpkin appeal to me, but chocolate too!? I think I am in love. I can’t wait to try these with my family, I am sure we would all love them. These look like they would be amazing with a tea on those late work nights. 

Second Pick

My second pick is this Banana Pudding cake from Mom and Munchkins. I must have a sweet tooth today. Seriously, this cake looks perfect for my little one’s birthday in October. We are having a Minion themed party so what better than a Banana Cake? BANANNNNAAAA! Cake!!! So exciting and beautiful. I can’t wait to try this recipe. 

Third Pick

My third and final pick this week are these beautiful Caprese Salad Skewers from Personally Andrea. I love a good Caprese Salad, so these hit the nail on the head with me. I also seem to get super excited about anything on a stick… putting food on a stick just makes it so much more exciting for me. I love the freshness this salad offers and of course, Balsamic. A good Balsamic dressing is amazing.
