I love dinner recipe ideas that are delicious and fast. I am also partial to ethnic dishes…especially if they are kid friendly. This recipe for pad thai from The Classy Chapter looks like it will fit the bill. I also love her tagline “Too Married for Cosmo….Too Fabulous for Redbook”. Hilarious and totally true!
Peppermint Snow Ice Cream
Growing up in Alabama, we rarely got snow. When we did it was a BIG deal. We would be outside building tiny snowmen on the cars (the only place where snow stuck most of the time) and scooping up snow to make snow ice cream. We only ever made vanilla but this recipe for peppermint snow cream from Wife Mom Geek sounds amazing. I think I will try this at home the next time we get fresh snow.
