{First Pick}
This week’s first pick is a super cute rattlesnake made from men’s ties! I thought this was a genius idea! So many men have old ties in their closets they no longer use. You can also find many at Thrift Stores.
Sew Travel Inspired explains how to make this project step by step on her blog. I think my kids would love to have a couple rattlesnakes to play with this summer. We are so making these!
{Second Pick}
My second pick this week is a Sesame Chicken Pasta Salad from the Seasoned Mom. My kids really like pasta salad. This is a dish I can see myself preparing on Monday morning and serving it for lunch for a few days. I love that it uses big chicken chunks and sesame seed sprinkles.
{Third Pick}
This is my third pick but probably my favourite! Now, I hate to admit it but my husband does most of the gardening in my house. I just don’t get outside to water the plants on a regular basis. If you’re like me, a self watering herb garden is just what you need!
I Think We Could Be Friends shows you how to create your planters step by step with 2L pop bottles. I think this is the coolest thing and I can’t wait to try it with my kids!
