I don’t eat fish, especially salmon. I have never been able to stomach it BUT this recipe has really peaked my interested. This Spicy Sriracha Salmon recipe from Modern Housewife sounds so delicious! I’m a huge fan of sriracha sauce, and most things taste awesome with it. If all else fails, this recipe would be awesome on chicken.
Dates are awesome. I discovered I love dates when I started making Larabars last year. This recipe for Hazelnut & Coconut Chocolate Covered Stuffed Dates from Yogurt Hydro has been bookmarked and pinned so I can make these ASAP! It has everything I love in a dessert: hazelnut, coconut and chocolate. It’s healthy because it has fruit, right? haha.
Raj from Pink Chai Living amazes me with everything she does. Her recipe for Aloo Matar Sabzi sounds like something I want to try. I’m not all that experienced with Indian cuisine, so when I do attempt it I want it to be from a reliable source. I always appreciate Raj’s personal touches on all her recipe posts and how many of the recipes come from family. Raj please come to my house and cook for me!
