Kids with Superpowers- Little Man’s Funny Quote Friday!

Kids with superpowers are amazing! I think I have kids with superpowers to be honest. The Superpower of hilarity! 

Welcome Back! Yahoo! This week was hilarious- and Little Man never fails to put a smile on my face.

This week I was sitting relaxing on my couch- the clouds were white and fluffy, the sky was blue and every window in my house was open….and in an instant the sky darkened and it started POURING rain. The rain.. it was coming in a million different directions- coming in EVERY single window of the house. So of course I hobbled to go and close the windows as fast as possible but alas there was rain water EVERYWHERE. It had soaked literally everything I have in the house, I am serious.  Literally EVERYTHING saturated in rain water. My nice, beautiful BRAND NEW dining room table was drowining! At the same second as I was cleaning the water off our dining room table, that was already starting to get those white water marks on it… (DARN YOU RAIN!) Little man decided he was disinterested in what he was doing and wanted me to come and play.

When I told him that Mommy needed just a second so that she could clean up the rain water that all came in the window, Little Man looked at me and then came rushing over. He grabbed a dish towel and said: 

“Don’t Worry Mommy, I’ll Help You Clean The Rain… With My Superpowers!”

HILARIOUS! No Idea where he got that from but I laughed so hard I cried and Little Man knew he had lightened the mood. He really is so good at that! I also can’t get passed the look of pride on his face when he knows he has made someone laugh.
