Well, I am back with yet another great Chicken Soup For The Soul Book! I got the chance to read: “Chicken Soup For The Soul: Say Goodbye to Back Pain!” This book gives tips and tricks on how to handle flare-ups, injuries and every day back health.
This book contains so much information when it comes to your back health! I couldn’t believe the read. I am actually planning on sending a few family members a copy because I know many people having back problems and I am almost positive that this can help them.
Inside the book are many stories from people that have learned to manage their back and neck issues and recover from their injuries. There are preventative exercises to help ward of any problems coupled by diagrams and instructions as well as many different coping methods, diagnostic tools and what to expect during therapy, surgery and other procedures.
I enjoyed reading this as the diagrams and instructions are very detailed and easy to follow and understand. Your back health is very important and I was able to learn how to keep my back healthy and well maintained!
What a fantastic gift for anyone with back problems, or really, anyone that wants to increase their general back health.
