Then cold weather has come. It even snowed where I live this weekend. It’s too early for all that in my opinion. Let’s warm up together with this week’s awesome features.

{First Pick}

Yum… quiche! I love quiche for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I was drawn by this Bacon & Cheese Quiche by A Pretty Life in the Suburbs. I like how easy it is to make a quiche and how tasty they are! This bacon quiche is perfect for my bacon loving family.

{Second Pick}

I’m always looking for recipes to try with left over BBQ Chicken. I love the sound of this Mulligatawny Soup with Butternut Squash from Swirls & Spice. I like that all the ingredients are usually something I have on hand. My kids love soup so this soup is on my meal plan this week!

{Third Pick}

I love making cookies on the weekend to pack in my kids’ lunch boxes. This weekend I’ll be trying these Pumpkin Butterscotch Chip Cookies by Just Add Sprinkles. My kids have never had pumpkin cookies so I thought this recipe would be a fun way to introduce them! I really like the idea of using butterscotch chips! Yum!
